SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Hinkley Interiors we believe that online shopping should be a smooth and efficient process. We use trustworthy couriers to deliver your goods in a timely manner with tracking provided for peace of mind.

 

We cover the majority of the mainland UK and use trusted couriers to delivery your goods. When your order is processed we will send you tracking information which you can use to check the progress of your delivery.

Standard UK delivery takes from 3 working days, the exact lead time will differ but the tracking information will be provided to you.

Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service to some locations. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to particular postcodes, if this is the case we will be in touch to notify you.

Return Policy

If you would like to return or refund your order please contact us for authorisation before sending any items back, without this we are not able to process any requests.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 28 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment. Please note we do not refund postage of non-faulty goods, this includes the return or original.

Item/s will need to be sent back in their original packaging, we do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach our warehouse. It is therefore advised that any goods you return are done so via a tracked delivery service and that you retain the proof of postage.

 

If when you receive your purchase it is either faulty or damaged, then you have up to 30 days to reject the goods, from the date of purchase, and return it to our warehouse to receive a full refund.

 

You have a duty to take reasonable care of our goods and they remain your responsibility until they arrive safe and sound at our warehouse.

 

We reserve the right to inspect all goods that are returned to us, if goods are returned damaged or not in their original packaging we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

 

Once we have received the product(s) and inspected the goods, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that we are not liable for the time it takes for your bank to credit your account and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the process.

 

We aim to respond to all enquires within 72 working hours, emails are dealt with in the order in which they are received. Please note if you repeatedly email within this time frame your enquiry will be time stamped with your most recent email time and this email then becomes the most current which means it will be the email that will be responded to within 72 hours .

 

To ensure a response within this time frame please wait the initial 72 working hours from sending your last email before sending a chase email. Thank you
